Gold Medal Running Camp is designed to help distance runners get in shape while they learn more about their sport. The camp training program is designed for athletes preparing for the fall competitive season of cross-country. Gold Medal's training schedule emphasizes distance training. Athletes will frequently work in small groups based on each individual's training needs. Campers should be prepared for a minimum of two training sessions a day. The camp is held on the campus of Dartmouth College. A member of the prestigious Ivy League, Dartmouth College is located on the banks of the picturesque Connecticut River in beautiful Hanover, New Hampshire. Gold Medal Running Camp is proud to announce that Nike will be a sponsor of the camp for 2018.
